Accident Vehicle SOLD without disclosure even after asking the Saleman !!!

Hi Hello Peter,

Please CONSUMERS stay away from purchasing any CARS from Inspecta Car Randburg.

I have recently purchased a vehicle that has been in not one but two accidents. We asked this question before buying the car, then after we got the car and again after that. Through out the whole proceed the salesman by the name of Marius Smith stated that the vehicle has never been in an accident.

Dealer principal Mr Frikkie Van Rensburg said that we can go to the Ombudsman because we were “claiming” that the car was in an accident and he was confident that the car was in absolutely no accidents. The fact that we now have an accident report from 1. A legit site 2. The police 3. The previous insurer and 4. Confirmation from the previous owner changes things. Now he must reply NOT on our “claims” because they are no longer claims. He must respond to the facts that we have brought to light. We asked this question before buying the car, then after we got the car and again after that.

It was confirmed by the salesman on Whatsapp and the DP on email. The Salesman and DP **** blatantly.

The first question that I want answered by the dealer is why did they lie and sell us a car that was in not 1 but 2 accidents?

Secondly I would like to know how is it that the dealership is referring us to the Ombudsman whilst all proof points to clear breach of the CPA?

We would of never purchased this accident vehicle if the dealer was honest !!! This is unacceptable and I believe that the public should know what they get themselves into when dealing with InspectaCar. I will be posting this information ON ALL Social media platforms as well.

That even when you ask a question they do not answer honestly. Another example of that lack of integrity is when they said that • They purchased a brand new bottom left passenger side door panel whereas the old one was actually repaired with glue. • They were supposed to fix the shudder. • They were supposed to provide the spare keys. • They were supposed to provide the vehicle license disc.

The vehicle is “unusable” and has been standing from the 6th June to date.

Please consumers stay away from InspectaCar Randburg, Maruis and Frikkie van Rensburg.

Regards
