A180 Mercedes

I would honestly not even put a star. I bought an A180 Mercedes at this dealership everything went smoothly. After a week of driving it I heard a knock on the right front wheel of the car I took it there they told me they will sort it out Juan the person who claims to fix cars break them even more I went with we took the car in to hear that it was the bearing but that the whole control arm has to be replaced as this part is aluminum and will bend Juan "the so called guy that fixes the cars" decided that this isn't the case and then drove the car to Dunlop Gezina where he clearly has friends dunlop covered him they said they will recon the part NOT THE CASE he even refused to show me what they did to the car or give me any old parts my husband had to go to the dealership and scream at them to get this done after a month of having the car also noticing that after the first time the car went in for "fixing" Juan drove it and my rear view mirror console was broken getting the car back after the control arm was finally replaced this guy GLUED the rear view console together again clearly loves glue he doesn't deserve his job no one takes control of a situation the best service I got was from the drivers
