Worse attorney ever/ Shocking misuse of trust

What a terrible experience and shocking misuse of trust. I will be taking this further and I will report this. They are just nowhere to be found - the email and cell number Insolvency care provides for them doesn't even work and they just withdraw themselves from this. The cell number rings until you get a message the mailbox is full. All the emails bounce back. Absolutely no contact from them at all. They have disappeared with my money!

My court date was due the 28th of April but when I tried to contact them I realized something was very wrong. I only then saw the posts on Hello Peter. I have spoken to another attorney who said that they have already been approached by 26 of his clients that is in the same boat as me. This is just not fair and I want my money back or transferred to my new attorney who needs to try and help out of this mess.

So this morning i get an email saying that the company has closed on the 7th of March and that he has 3 months to compile a closing audit as well as the disposal of all the funds to the new attorneys and that my file has been transferred to a new attorney and they will re-enroll the matter - that is off course if there is any truth in that. I don't want the attorney that he has chosen to take over my file to deal with my case - I already approached another attorney and i want my funds that i paid him to be transferred to them. I have lost all my trust and do not want to deal with anyone who is associated with Erasmus Attorneys. Does anyone know what can be done about this?
