Just don’t use them!!

I paid them more than R37,000 to assist me with my case after loosing my business in 2020. I owed the banks, my husband, phone bills and more. I was in tears when Mr Erasmus himself promised me that this will be sorted out. That with the new income I had there was no way forward but for me to be declared insolvent. I borrowed the money, again, from my husband and was able to pay the full amount thet asked for. I had a court date in February, but when i called them to make sire everything was still in line as I haven’t heard from them, I couldn’t get hold of anyone. After doing some searching, I eventually I got hold of a Franco Hoffman, he told me that he will find out what the progress was. I received an email stating that everything was still in order. Two days before the court date I eventually got a phone call from Mr Erasmus ststing that the cas was never filled and the whole process would need to I paid them more than R37,000 to assist me with my case after loosing my business in 2020, I was in tears when Mr Erasmus himself promised me that this will be sorted out. The Monday after my case I tried to call to get the findings, again I struggled to get hold of everyone. Then I started calling all the numbers on my recent call list, eventually i got hold of Mr Erasmus, he said that they’ve closed down, but they are still working on my case, when i told him that the court date had passed he seemed confused at first, but then said that my papers was never filled by the court and the whole process would need to start from scratch and that he would now need to pay out of his own pocket. I told him that I don’t have any money to assist, that I gave them everything I had! Mr Erasmus didn’t even really seemed to know who I was when I called him again, though i was someone else. The last communication i had was on the 11th of April stating that I should ignore the debtors letters and threats, that its just call centres. I need to get the money back to either get someone else or to try and pay off my debt. I have nowhere else to turn, he no longer takes my phone calls, also not my messages.
