Disappointed

My comment is specifically regarding Insolvency Care: My first contact with them was 4th December 2019, by the 9th December I had submitted all requested documents to them. Interaction on e-mail and telephone was polite and pleasant. After that date delays cropped up due to year end, high work volumes and it was difficult to secure a meeting date. A date for the 20th January was pushed to 27th January and then cancelled at the last minute. How disappointing. If the work load is too high, rather manage customer's expectations by honestly indicating that it would take (in this case over December break) take about two months before a meeting can be secured or adopt a business philosophy of having fewer customers serving them really well than too many customers and giving sub-standard service.
