high Importance

Good day, I oredered a New Balance Tekkie to the Value of R999.00 online at Insole.co.za ,They said they deliver between 2-5 working days, I paid tge same day on the 18th of September 2024,I received Confirmation that my order is being prepaired, and the next time I wanted to check and trace it showed my order is awaiting Fullfilment. That was the last time I heared from them. Whenever I try to get on the site it shows error, and even my emails doesn't go through anymore. Today is tge 1st of November 1 Month plus 2 weeks ago still No Response from them. Are they Legit or **** ?
