INSIDEOUT SECURITY WHO DONT PAY EMPLOYEES

Insideout Security was on contract in our village, Hillshaven for some time. The service was great, reaction excellent! Their contract was renewed again. My son was working for this company as a reaction officer, A degree with firearm competancy. Their staff had a bit of hassle getting their salary from the owner of the company, Elton Anderson, but it was paid atleast. in May 2018, Insideout security was givin a months notice because of bad service from their company, until the truth came to light. The owner, Elton Anderson failed to pay his workers, who worked double shifts to keep the sight running. An elderly african man was never paid for 2 months. Some of the people got paid but not everybody and not their full salary. People lost their apartments due to non payment. My son worked a full month and up to now, still working for the company in their notice month, but never got paid. Mr Anderson said he paid his salary on the 7th of June, even send part of his bank statement to show he paid the money, but my son never received his salary. Also confirmed with bank manager at Capitec that no money was received into his account. Mr Anderson refuse to send me a payment notification to see if it was the correct number he paid the money into, and just say he paid his money and that is that. My son and the other officers, work for mahala for this company, and still is. This is a very unfair unreliable company to hire to protect your homes and businesses, who gets paid for service but does not pay their workers who's life is in danger because of the dangerous work they do. My son is still trying to get his salary out of Mr Anderson who just dont care. He got his money for service from the community, so why pay your hard workers!!!!
