Unfinished job at 187 Brettenwood Estate

I VM Khumalo the owner of ERF 187 Brettenwood Estate , Shefield Beach through Mbulasi Trading ccappointed Inso Aluminium Pinetown to supply and fit the complete unit of aluminium windows and doors in 2014 . All the windows and door have been fitted expect for one big corner that was not fitted properly . I contacted them regarding outstanding and they came in Dec 2014 to fix but they failed and decided that they will come back in Jan 2014 to replace the window pane that was not fitting properly .<br> <br> I have been asking ANDRE since January 2015 to come and fix the window and he kept on referring me to their sub-contractor who in turn does not answer our calls and we manage to get hold of the sub-contractor he promises us that he will come back but never does . Our site is always accessible provided that an appointment is made. All their invoices were paid in full and on time , I also overpaid them by R15 000 and the overpaid amount was returned .<br> <br> Please assist us by getting Inso Aluminium Pinetown to come fix their shoddy work .
