Inside Active: All for a water bottle

I had the most disgusting fight over a water bottle today. InsideActive has opened a corporate gym at my workplace African Bank over a month ago. We were told that the first 100 who sign up would receive a bottle. I was one of those. I did not get a bottle and have been waiting ever since. Today there is a wellness day at my workplace and guess what there are water bottles. When I wanted to take one an employee named Stephen chased me away like a dog and told me they are for new sign ups. The gym manager eventually sorted it out but the experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. If InsideActive teaches their staff to respect their customers I would not have had this unpleasant experience of being victimised by this Stephen guy who has a terrible attitude and treated me as if I was his gardener and not an African Bank employee. He did not bother to check the merits of my story but called me a "rude animal" and said I won't get a botte. Several of my colleagues have also complained of his attitude. Recruitment is clearly not important to InsideActive.
