Poor service/ failing to provide certificates

I completed Wealth Management NQF5 with Trainsure in October 2022, but I haven't received my certificate. The institution claims that the issue lies with the INSETA system, as they are unable to upload certificates. I've attempted to call INSETA several times, but the number doesn't connect.
