Exam results

we wrote an exam through Octomate In August 2025 its now june 2026 we are still waiting for result . Octomate has sent emails to inseta regarding the results and we were ccd on the email and till date the has been no reply . i even attempted to call inseta when are they releasing the result to Octomate . How do we wait a whole 11 months for results
