They don't want business/students!

As from the beginning of June 2015 I had trouble getting information for a short course in Dreamweaver from this education institution. After phone calls, where I was rudely communicated to I had to resort to a physical visit to their offices in Pretoria. I got the information that I needed but was informed that the lecturer still needs to do the training and get the certificate, I requested that they please keep me informed. 2 weeks became 2 months! I paid for the course after I was informed that the training dates will be finalised soon cause the lecturer's results must just be finalised. After numerous emails and then finally a phone call to the headmaster - Leigh Krueger, things seemed to be going ahead. Last week I sent another email requested the final training dates - still got no reply. I got upset and asked if they can please contact me to get a refund on the training. I only got a mail back with a refund request form. When I contacted the headmaster today she said: O sorry the lecturer did not write the test and has left us. You will have to request a refund. Without any communication to me! How must I have known that. They are not interested in my business! Very rude!
