Refund No Response

I have left numerous messages concerning a refund that was paid to the College for my daughter. I have been trying to get hold of their finance department for days. But no reply from the Cape Town Office. Finally I spoke to someone on the 6th of February and he said he will get back to me by the end of business but no calls. I am a single mum I paid the 1st month fee because I had a job and could afford the fees but as I lost my job due to being I'll, I can not afford this anymore and the money that they have will really help me at this point in time. No blame is being passed to them it's just I'm tired of leaving messages with no replies.
