No Response from Insaka and debit not cancelled.
On 07 July I canceled my subscription with Insaka and requested a refund and confirmation of the life-time access to resources that was part of the deal I opted for at the time. I was informed of their 30-day cancellation policy so no refund would apply, and was then offered another subscription for Next Level membership, which is what I had subscribed to in the first place. All a bit confusing! So I requested a copy of a copy of all the terms and conditions I agreed to, on 08 July. My e-mail was ignored, as was my follow-up mail on 09 July, and those of 12 July, 13 July and 14 July. In the absence of a phone number to contact Insaka and because of the nuisance value I decided it wasn't worth the hassle and was happy to move on from Insaka, despite being really irritated by the lack of response. Now, not only have my emails been ignored, but also my request for cancellation of subscription and another debit has been processed on my credit card. Warrick Kernes - my recollection is that your advice to entrepreneurs is to differentiate themselves by offering superior service. My experience as a client of Insaka is that you do not practice what you preach. Please provide me with your personal contact details so I can discuss the issues with you.
Once again, please accept my sincerest apologies and know that this is not how I or my team do business.
