Goods not received!!!

I ordered a Garage door, front and back house door from Inqama. As per request 65% deposit was paid, amount of R11914.67 on 07/12/2015. Delivery and installation was promised on 20-22 December 2015. Now, more than a month later we still have no doors, so we cannot continue the building process. They make empty promises and do NOT deliver. They come with excuse after excuse why they cant pay the deposit back to us. When they dont pitch for delivery and installation, they dont show up. Today I phoned 19 times. 3 hours later they phoned my husband with yet another excuse. I want my money back!!
