NEVER RENT FROM INOXABLE LETTING

I will never recommend them to anyone, first when we mode in everything was great but when we got their they haven't even moved who's ever stuff it was from the garage and oh boy they charge you to have the carpets cleaned but we didn't even have working lights in any of the rooms then we realized that almost all the curtain rails was rusted and broken it took them forever to fix it not the rust just the brackets, in the living room they moved the rail completely to standard hight I had to beg them to cover the wholes after that they had issues with their system often so they would request you to pay the amount paid the previous month and then they will deduct or credit you the difference if necessary but then you get fined for late payment, so when we wanted to move they actually got rude at the matter after requesting if we could move out a month early they had all these rules and fines and we respected that so we decided that we will stay until our contract ended then the agent starts nagging you to move out a few days early for her convenience, but we agreed as this was the only proper time for us to move so in the move we accidentally punched a hole in one of the bedroom doors and I was honest about it even showed it out after I realized the agent doing the inspection never saw it, and I knew that it would come off of our deposit but nothing we could do about it other then that everything went well even left the bulbs we purchased left the property in a way better condition as we got it, so as I left after handing the agent the keys she informs me that I should receive my deposit in about 7days depending on how long it takes their maintenance guy to get the door fix, this was a wood grain hollow door they went and replaced it with a solid door but never the less so it's nearly been 2months and still have we not received our deposit only answer I get is waiting for management and I need to understand that December was a short month and and, but I'm pretty sure if I was to move in they would not have allowed this to me and ofcause the management is getting 2 months interest extra on the pennies I have left of our deposit they owe us.
