Never ever Rent from this Letting agency. Moved in end of May 2022. October 2022 it started Raining and the roof started leaking. They repaired the roof with old, rusted sheets, next rain came, and it were worst. All the problems were reported as things got worst by the day. Water streaming from the walls, next to plugs and light fittings. December they just refuse to do any maintenance due to annual shut down. Up to date 10/03/2023 they never made any effort to fix the roof but instead gave us notice on a rental agreement, that only comes to an end 01 April 2023. And states in their email we are on a month-to-month contract. All good. They don't answer their e mails or WhatsApp's. They will add cost for your account because they can't communicate. Report you to TPN because you withheld your rent to get answers and the roof to be fixed. Utility bill paid up to date. Please Krugersdorp community be aware of Inoxable Letting. As long as they receive monies all is good but when comes to fixing, they will still take your hard-earned monies, give you notice and with hold your deposit.
