I have never had to fight for a deposit in any other company except for inospace Maitland branch, the park manager kept on being untruthful about the payment being processed. After they admitted that they are at fault and resorted into avoiding my calls and I escalated the matter internally and the park manager also **** to the investigator about the payment, if you are reading this never ever use their storage services unless you want unnecessary headache. The incompetency is on another level. I have involved my lawyers and the ombudsman office. to resolve the issue of my deposit
