NO response to complaint

I bought a product from inNuevo and it was not the correct product. I still have all the original packaging and has been tested but hardly used, since it did not fit my iPad.<br> <br> I would like a refund, but up to now had not response from the person whom I initially contacted.<br> This is unacceptable for an international company.<br> <br>
