Pathetic service

Bought a plot and plan place in Sept 2016, promised to be build by March 2017. Nobody mentioned that they still need to get council approval. Only registered in June 2017 and moved in in Dec 2017. Moved in amd had to spend R2000 on cleaning services, the place was a mess. Oh, they stole my SMEG oven and tower extractor fan before I moved in. Identified more than 80 snags, they only started fixing the snags end of March, they are in breach of the contract. Abri promised me that they are installing Megaster braais, only to find that it is custom made **** that was installed. The chimney is not properly sealed so the smoke goes into my childs room, Abri Mr Piet Promises told me that it will be sorted, nothing happened. Jan also promised that he will sort out the matter but again empty promises, Innovia doesn’t take responsibility for the action of their employees. I had to move out of my property in order for them to fix it, after my baby got sick and both me and my wife die to the inhalation of the dust. Promised that it will be fixed in a week, I told them two weeks. Was supposed to move in today but my house is still not ready. Empty promises again. Tried to fix my braai with card board, ***. Skew walls, damage to existing installations and property, they don’t give a damn. Cupboards not standard length and they all differ, Cape Wood told me it’s standard, what a load of nonsense. Lights installed in such a way that there are dark spots in the living area, had to pay extra to move it. They forgot to put a gate at the side of my house so I had to pay R10 000 for someone to install a gate. They have also *******ly extended the wall of my neighbor without following any protocol as required by the HOA, it clearly amounts to ***** and I have evidence thereof. Neither Dupree, Abri or Arno responds to calls, e-mails or messages. These ****** are trying to run away from their issues. Previous reviews does not seem to count in their favor. These guys should not be in possession of a NHBRC certificate. Will ensure that it gets revoked and that the directors are held accountable for theit inability to deliver but demand your money.. Justice must prevail.
