Innovia Properties - shame on you. I am currently having premises built in Tanglewood Estate and so far, it has been dismal affair. Just to name a few: lack of urgency, slackness, dont listen to the clients, throw their hands in the air when you want information, blatantly lie to you about building work is in progress just to see that no work is being done. Quick to want your money, but slack to deliver.

You as a client, have to keep chasing these people and all they do is stall, stall, stall. I just would like to warn anyone wanting to purchase new development properties, STAY AWAY from Innovia Properties. Better off without them.
