Innovia is at it again

Dear hellopeter,I can no report and on a reminder by Dupre Knoetze...yes,they do read reviews on this forum!!,that the complaint was addressed and finalized on 22/02.During this process I had to cover 50% of Cape Woods' bill.The following issues arose:during Cape Woods' actions,a kitchen top cracked where it was mended by Knoetze's cohorts.Fouche,another cohort showed thumbs up on watsapp after a third reminder.Further,the appliances are not in line with the cabinets.No provision was made for the depth of standard appliances.I will have to live with this eyesore.I will attach photograps.I am consoling myself with the acquired knowledge,credit to Innovia,that the building industry is a social science and not based on mathematics at all, that measurements taken only creates a vague idea how the end product should look like.That 4cm too small is neither here nor there.I cannot fault Knoetze's personality.(Am I on the field of social sciences?)He is always friendly and apologetic.I am critical of his company's performance in its social projects.Thank you hellopeter.You judge Knoetze,Klopper,Jan,Fouche and the rest of the gang. k
