after 3 promises home not completed

I entered into a contract with a developer(Innovia properties) to complete a plot and plan development during June 2014.the contract stipulates that the home would be completed in Sept 2014.When Sept came,the date was moved to 15 Dec 2014.As this date neared it was again moved to \end"of Dec 2014.Meanwhile I had to scurry to obtain a new lease agreement and again another short term lease on another property.Abrie was then aware of my running around for place to stay.In Jan 2015 Abrie promised that I will move in on 1 April 2015.I then had to inform my landlord of my intentions.Landlord now found a new person to rent the property I am occupying.I visited the Abrie on 23 Feb since the house is still in the incomplete stage since Dec 2014.I reminded him of an e-mail of his promising delivery on \""end March\"".Abrie now informs that he has 6mnths to complete the residence.I am aghasted by this turn of events.I told him that I have no place to reside.That if I do find a place that my expenses would almost double.Could you act as gateway between myself and Abrie.Our relationship has totally deteriorated."""
