Took money for a course they never offered

This institution is sealing from the community I had registered for teaching grade R-3 however on my second year after paying in my studies in full they said when I qualify I will only be able to teach 0-4 years they informed us that they are sorry but there is nothing that they can do and that our qualification will change. From which I had requested my money back the principle Mr Naidu refused to pay back a cent and practically kicked us out of the college, Mr Naidu was more than happy to get the full amount of the course from me but became angry when we requested to speak to him. What I paid for was not want I received so I should be refunded.
