Awful service and misrepresentation

Very poor and *********** service. The company also misrepresented themselves by saying that they were Smeg authorized when they were not. On challenging Sean he said that he is an engineer and is more than qualified to do the job, he charged a call-out fee that I stupidly paid across, but the followup up on spares and parts for my tumble dryer was poor and I continually had to chase him for feedback and updates. I would not recommend dealing with them at all. He also took a Samsung vacuum bag of mine that needed replacing and has not returned it to me despite my request that he do so.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
