This is not a complaint but a compliment to Nicholas from Innovative Technologies.

We are a Logistics & Warehousing company situated in La Lucia, Durban We experienced issues with our pervasive database that other I.T companies could not resolve for over 2 months.

At 2 am our systems finally failed and as a result we had a loss of 8TB of data pertaining to our Warehousing system, to add to the confusion SAP Business One also failed.

I was not able to find anyone to resolve the issue at 2am. We called Innovative Technologies, Nicholas was happy to assist and we only had a downtime 35 minutes during our 24 hour operation

The issue was resolved meticulously and instantly by Nicholas , to add to our excitement, we are now not experiencing any errors from our database that we had experienced even after other I.T companies had a look.

We have wasted a lot of time getting others in, that is, money wasted for absolutely nothing done.
