Very bad experience

We got a quote and paid R132000 over to Innovative solar solutions on the ,3rd July so that they can install a solar solution at our home . Schalk Langeveldt let us know he couldn't get the necessary components to do the installation two weeks later so we asked for a refund. From then to date we have got nothing but voice notes promising us a refund but no money has been paid back. My husband and I are pensioners so its a lot of money to write off . I would not recommend Innovative Solar Solutions to anyone
