Innovative projects not recommended!

After using Innovative projects to build my nutec home for me, I was informed by the engineer who must sign off the house that it will not be passed due to short cuts taken on the roof structure, including insulation. I have tried to get the owner Anna & Donald to respond and offer to fix there bad work but they simply refuse. I now have to pay a private roof company to come and fix their mess just so I can have the house passed and receive my A19 certificate. Innovative Projects, why don't you offer to fix this or at least offer me my money back?
