I have employed the services of Innovative Projects owner Donald Shava to install a Nutec Home 3 x 12m. Upon siging of my quote I recevied of R55,500.00 I paid Donal 50% deposit and agreed the balance would be paid in full on completion of my Nutec Home. Donald has errected the house put in a zinc cupboard which was easily to be removed because the place had no doors on as yet. The zinc in the process was ****** form the Nutec house after I have emphasized to Donal on several occassions not to leave things that are of value and easy to remove. I mad contact with Donald and advised him about this he then asked me to cough up half of the moneys to replace the zinc and also to pay him his balance in order to secure the place and to finish it of. Out of the goodness of my heart and because I trusted him I went ahead and paid him his balance with the intention he would finish of my place. He came and finished the plumbing still no zinc installed the geyser on the outside where I exclaimed and said he cant put the geyser on the side of the house it will be ******, he told me it is live electrical connection no one can remove it. I asked him to then enclose it so that it is not visible and he wanted to charge me for this. In the process the geyser has been disconnected by ******* as per my warning to Donald lucky I could save the geyser from leaving the premises in a nick of time. Since Donalds final payment was made he became reluctant in finishing my place. I am a single mother and I have run a huge loss trusting this guy owner of Innovative Projects and still my place is not finish. Cornices are cheaply done coming loose doors open right trough either way no door frames raw edges cement laying all over no shower curtain as per his quote nothing has been done the way his quote advised but payment was received by him in full. I have also paid him R500.00 cash to remove rubble the now his rubble is sky high against the vibracrete making it easy for *****s to jump back and fourth over the wall.
