Error when trying to purchase electricity

i have to complain about the same problem persisting with purchasing electricity through this company, after following a long process starting with transferring money from my fnb account then having to go through the iometering site to complete the transaction and selecting the fnb icon just to get another error saying that my request cannot be processed. It is extremely frustrating as I don't have time to \try in half an hour"as I always get told on the phone. I wish I never had to use your services!!! """
