ENDLESS SPAMMING AND **** 'UNSUBSCRIBE' OPTION

I've religiously used their unsubscribe link in their mails for months, but to no avail. I've called them twice and asked to be removed from their mailing lists, but 'those guys' are either always on late or early lunch, or haven't come to work for the day yet. This appears to be a crowd of professional spammers hiding behind the facade of a training academy. Anybody know how to get rid of them once and for all?<br>
