Unprofessional work

Innovative design is a company that does bathroom renovations...I have been speaking to the owner Marissa for three months prior to doing my bathroom renovation... After recieving the deposit...her attitude changed...she provides unsupervised work and is never present on the job with her staff....the staff never have the tools or equipment to do the work....she is defensive and uses lies....and when she cannot take responsibilty for poor workship ...she just runs away.
