Zero Loyalty and They are not reliable

I had a motor warranty with innovation group from from 105 00pkm, for almost year I never claimed At at 150 000km I took my car for a service and issues we picked by the dealership that are covered by my warranty plan with Innovation group , the dealership tried to process a claim, Innovation group declined my claim because my car is on 152 000 and my cover was up to 150 000, the fact that I never claimed and that it only 2000k up 👆 didn't bother them, I didn't claim because I had no issues but now that they must come to the party they refused, I regret the day I took up their services, they disregard customer's and their service is very poor, I should have checked their reviews before, I logged a complain with them directly they couldn't even give me feedback.
