You miss one month payment with Innovation, YOU WILL BE CANCELLED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR MISSED PAYMENT.

I missed my July debit order which goes off on the 7th, on the 8th of August i called to ask why they have not debited and was told that my policy had been cancelled.

I have gone through the policy with Vusi who said he would escalate my issue and give me feedback, which he has not done, i called and spoke to Tshidi who was very unhelpful, referring to the policy document he said that no premium no cover means cancellation. Because at no point of the policy document does it say that when you miss one months premium you will be cancelled.

nowhere on the policy document does it say when you miss one months premium you will be cancelled, it says that cancellation will be done upon 31 days notice from any party. I also been told that my policy cannot be reinstated and cannot get a refund of my premium. This is shocking and the worst service i have received from any insurance company, The policy has no claims history at ALL.
