would never recommend anyone to choose Innovation Group, whether for a maintenance plan or a service plan. Today at 10:40 am, I called to inquire about taking my car in for a service. The lady/consultant was extremely rude, informing me that my plan had expired. She further insisted, impolitely, that I should go and read the policy documents. She refused to listen to why my car couldn't go for a service before January 12th; it had a timing chain issue, which was fixed by them, given I have both a service and maintenance plan. When I requested to speak to her supervisor, I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes, realizing I was being ignored. I've been with them since 2018, and this is how they treat loyal customers.
