Worste insurance group
<p>When getting trough to the call center after holding for at least 15min to lodge a claim, they are not not willing to help you pay the dealer and/or call you back. I insisted on speaking to a manager and i am still waiting for the call. It has been a struggle for 3 days to get them to pay the dealer so that i can get my car back. They dont call you back so you have to call them back and everytime you do your phone bill runs in the hundreds. I would not recommend that you insure with this group for what ever reason. You dont need the extra stress. all i can say is that they are useless.</p>
