Worst service in decades

I have been having the worst experience I ever recieved from a insurance company with Innovation Group. I have a tyre and rim repair claim that needs to be attended to very urgently and this the reason why I started the process more than a week ago. After having to register my claim twice, and the repair been returned for a complete replacement of my vehicles rim. I still do not have authorisation for the claim. I have to follow up from my side everytime and no communication is taking place from Innovations' side. Eventually after the third call, an assessor had to be booked to check the damaged wheel for a new wheel replacement. Time is running out and due to sluggish work from Innovation and being transferred from one person to the other. I will not be able to attend to my responsibilities. I do not recommend anyone using this insurance group for tyre and rim repair.
