Worst service from Innovation Group
If you want peace of mind, Innovation Group (IGD) is NOT the insurance company you should consider when looking for extended warranty insurance for your vehicle.
Yesterday I called to make follow ups on my claim, I spoke to three consultants who are using the same system but all three of them gave me contradictory information.
Innovation Group doesn’t respond to emails. But when you call, the do confirm that they have received your emails.
Dealing with this company is a nightmare.
