WORST SERVICE from Innovation Group

I bought a car from WeBuyCars that came with a mechanical warranty from Innovation Group. On the 22 of March 2021 I had a breakdown, the car just stopped while I was driving. I called them and they advised me to take the car to their nearest workshop which I did. The workshop did its job and lodged a claim. Innovation Group has been refusing to pay ever since the car was completed by the workshop. I then involved WeBuyCars to assist as the car was only 2 months since I bought it in January 2021. Its been 4 weeks NOW without my car and the greatest inconvenience because I cannot go to work.

I thought insurance companies were bad, but no Innovation Group takes the cake. They are the worst ever and would not advise anyone to use or buy insurance from these guys. THE WORST EVER
