Worst service ever!

To whom it may concern,

I wish to express my displeasure with the rejection of my radiator fan claim.

Last week Thursday, as I was fetching my son from school, I noticed that the radiator fan was spinning at a very alarming speed.

I immediately pull over and check what could be wrong with the car. I did a 360 inspection of the car and even check if the was any objects that could have been stuck under the car.

I could not find anything. I then open the vehicle's bonnet and did a visual inspection.

I checked both fans and the radiator if they were loose and discovered that they were not.

I looked for any loose wires or leaks, because in my mind the fan was blowing at this high speed because maybe the car had overheated.

There were no leaks, the water level was where it should be and all the cooling pipes were connected correctly.

I then proceeded with my journey. The fan started again running at high speed and coming on in an unusual manner.

When I got home, after the car had cooled off, I checked the car again and could not see/find anything wrong or loose.

I used the car again on Sunday and experience the same problem of the fan coming on randomly and at a high speed.

After returning home from the shops, I checked the car again and realised that the fan had broken. How? I don't know.

At that time, I had already concluded that the engine overheated.

My engine is fully covered at the bottom and my bonnet was properly closed.

I tried fixing the broken part but I couldn't.

Monday morning, I called innovation group and spoke to Prince and explained my experience.

He then advised me to take the car in for thorough inspection.

After the call, I took the car in for assessment and inspection.

After the inspection, I was informed that the car had not overheated but the engine was damaged because of the high speed that it was running or operating.

This morning, (25 July 2025) I called to make follow up and I was told (by Neo) that the claim was "pending rejection".

The claim is rejected on the basis that 'it hit a foreign object'.

Who assessed the damaged and determined that the fan hit a 'foreign object'?

How did the 'foreign object' enter the engine bay?

What could have been the 'foreign object'?

Last year, your assessor rejected the camshaft claim replacement, saying the cam was still in good condition.

A month later, the camshaft was cited as the problem or cause of the engine noise and had to be replaced.

You said you'll take it up with your assessor and to this day, nothing was communicated to me regarding the outcome of the meeting with your assessor.

I'm still sitting with the problem of the camshaft even today. I continue to spend thousands of rands trying to fix the cam problem.

Now, someone is rejected my claim because it's me who broke the fan.

I will take up the matter with the ombuds for arbitration.

Yours sincerely, Tshepiso

Reviewer Update
Just look at your reviews for this week.

It's clear that Innovation Group is one of the worst insurance company.

Your competitors are excelling with providing good service while you are just happy to take people's money but LAZY to provide services.

On numerous times, I've asked MFC to source new and honest underwriters but they always recommend you.

Your service is disgusting to say the least!
