Worst service ever! Do not sign up with them!

The worst service ever. They captured the wrong kilometers on my car and I called and asked them to rectify the error before i take my car in for service, which they did not do. My car has been stuck at the dealership going on full 2 days now waiting for this to be clarified and i am stuck without a car for an error that could have been rectified a long time ago. I have made numerous calls and all i get is "The matter has been escalated with high importance and urgency quoted on mails and it will be sorted ASAP". I am not even disappointed, i'm more frustrated than anything. I regret my decision for signing up with them.
