Worst service ever

Horrible experience worst customer service ever they're always promising to call back yet I don't get call back Ive been waiting for an amendment with them no assistance I've called emailed even inboxed on Facebook since last week.. Regret ever taking out their service plan

But this is the same response I've been getting that my matter is being escalated and I will be contacted yet no one ever contacts me... I've been waiting my cars needs service none of your stuff member have any sense of urgency or eager to help..
