Worst service ever
Innovation group your service sucks, I’ve been asking for a payment link to update my policy and it’s been 2days that hasn’t been sent and now my car needs to go for service, the next best thing you guys will refuse to pay for the service. My airtime is being wasted your agents keep me holding and they don’t deliver accordingly
