Worst service ever

I am a client of Innovation group, paying my policy every month. With all paperwork in hand Godfrey is not phoning me back, my claim being rejected for no detailed quoted reasons as per my contract (...Service and/or repair requirements not adhered to)- rejecting my claim after paperwork proved that my car was serviced and shows that I adhered to requirements. All services and repairs done by approved dealership and workshop as per invoices
