Worst service by Innovation Group
The most disappointing customer service encounter I've ever encountered was with Innovation Group, a company that sells warranties but fails to uphold their commitments. I took my vehicle in due to suspension and steering problems, believing they were covered according to their policy documents. However, upon receiving the quote, they denied coverage for the parts, despite those very parts being clearly listed as covered in their policy.
Additionally their customer service team, mainly Clive Pretorius from the OEM claims team is the rudest most unprofessional service agent I've ever encountered. I hope they listen to that call recording
