Worst service by Innovation Group

In November 2023, my car was booked for engine repairs.

A list of engine components that needed to be replaced was comp**** by the repairer. But an assessor from Innovation Group group made a report removing some components from the list.

The car was repaired and handed over to me. A week after driving the car, I went to workshop to complain about some engine noises.

Upon inspection, it was established that the cause of the problem was the camshaft. This is the same component that the assessor said was still in good condition.

After lodging a complaint, Innovation Group promised to 'look' into the matter with the assessor and 'come back to me'.

To this day, they haven't contacted me.

Not soo long ago, one of its consultants, told me that I have a scratch and dent policy that is due to expire in February. She said I took the policy in 2021. After taking my car to some panel beaters, another representative called and told me that I don't have any scratch and dent policy with Innovation Group.

This is the same company that one of its employees was working with people to **** unsuspecting clients.

Someone once called me from Innovation Group trying to de***** me.
