Worst insurance company ever for vehicles
Always have issues claiming. Most recent issue, the tyre and rim insurance. Expired 2 weeks ago and was not informed. Paid for 2 years without a claim and now I can't claim when I have hit a pothole. They called and renewed all my vehicles warranties and insurances but some how forgot this one out and won't help. Also their rates paid out usually only cover only half of the repair cost on other things. Had this as a standard from WBC on my last 3 vehicles. Will not join them again and considering canceling everything

20 Oct 2024, 11:37Seems like if you make a bit of noise then the good faith comes out. Thank you Innovation Group for finally understanding and resolilving my claim. Thank you Kevin and Frieda. I was able to now claim. I would change my review to 3.5 stars if I could. Got a new tyre but different tread pattern so I will have to fork out the money to match that tyre.
