Worst insurance company, DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the policy I acquired from the Innovation Group, underwritten by ABSA. What ever you do please do not take a policy with ABSA and innovation group. Our car hit a pothole a week ago, till today we are still being taken from pillar to post by innovation group to get our tires repaired, all these people know is to take our money, but when in need of their service they are no where to assist. i am extremely disappointed with their service and will be cancelling my insurance with this ****mer company
