Worst experience with Invocation

This is the worst insurance one can find you take out insurance to cover yourself. I was sent by the insurance to Action Gearbox this action Gearbox messed up my car. Today the car broke with the same problem I called the insurance they saying I should take the car back to those people mind you thus people are not even answering their phone if you go to them they closed. Its almost a month I call the insurance daily everyday its being sent to higher management while my car is standing but come month end they take their money but I need their help can they can't help me
