16 Nov 2021, 15:02Once again i am having issues with innovation, they are refusing to settle my claim and I am the one who has to call them again. My pulley came off whilst I was driving and the vehicle stopped I found the pulley ( crank bolt and v belt were missing) Now i am told that they not paying because of the missing bolt.
They rejecting my claim for a mere bolt that is missing. This is not the 1st time i am having issues with them not so long ago i fought with them.
